WP Media Directories
Refunds
14-day money-back if WP Media Directories isn't the right fit. No "migrate 10,000 files" hoop.
WP Media Directories offers a 14-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase. Refunds deactivate the license. Compatibility checks (FileBird coexistence, offload) remain your responsibility before buying.
- Request within 14 days of purchase via support email / account portal.
- Refund = license deactivated; delete plugin copies per store policy.
- Not a substitute for skipping the compatibility check, especially FileBird/MLP coexistence and object-storage offload.
