WP Media Directories is sold as an annual license by site count (Single Site or Agency). A license includes the full product plus updates and support for the licensed term. The plugin is GPL; the license keys updates/support and authorized use under the store terms.

Activation
- Buy on the pricing page
- Receive receipt + license key + download
- Install the plugin in wp-admin
- Enter the license key under Media → Folders
- Activate for this site's home URL
What counts as a site
- One production site per seat (home_url)
- Non-production sites (local/staging) do not consume seats
- Multisite: each site that uses the plugin counts (policy refining)
Renewals & refunds
- Silent renewals keep the same License Key
- Cancel at period end: access until the period ends, then the plugin hard-gates
- Past due: plugin keeps working while Stripe retries; update billing in the Portal

Is the code GPL?+
Yes. License purchases updates, support, and authorized distribution under our terms.
What if I don't renew?+
When the subscription ends, License Key validation fails and folder features are hard-gated in wp-admin. You keep any zip you already downloaded; updates and support stop. Manage billing in the Portal.
Can I move a license to a new domain?+
Deactivate the old site under Media → Folders, then activate the new one with the same License Key.
Invoice / VAT?+
Invoices are available through Stripe Checkout and the Customer Portal. Contact us for agency invoicing needs.
